In the Schiaparelli universe, the anatomy of the body is more than an inspiration—it is an alphabet through which Daniel Roseberry writes the surreal and sculptural story of the Maison. Eyes, lips, hands, ears: Elsa Schiaparelli transformed parts of the human form into totems, drawing from the Avant-Garde Surrealist movement in 1930s Paris and the visionary work of artist Salvador Dalí. From the iconic Skeleton Dress of 1938 to trompe-l’oeil accessories, the body became a symbol of poetry, provocation and play.

For Spring-Summer 2026, that intimate, graphic and unapologetically bold legacy is reawakened. Supple leather dresses and tops are embossed with bust motifs inspired by the Schiaparelli archives. Accessories continue the conversation: intertwined hands form a gold-plated choker, sculpted lips adorned with bijoux piercings become gilt clutches and abstract faces emerge across the Maison’s icons, from the Mini Face in patent leather to the Soufflé and Soufflé Baguette bags, whose handles feature anatomical enameled bijoux. In the hands of Daniel Roseberry with the influence of the Schiaparelli archives, anatomy is transformed into an artful object of desire and the human form is once again made extraordinary.
